Our client wanted to be able to house her new car, but even though the section is large there was no ability to access the rear of the site for garaging.  So in a very small front yard we designed this carport to blend seamlessly with this charming period home, while also being in keeping with the character of the street.

Resource Consent and a fire-rated boundary wall were required.

A new fence & gate caps it off.
